Atlas Copco has today (14th March) announced plans to acquire Lewa and Geveke, along with their related subsidiaries.
Purchased for approximately €67m ($73m), the acquired companies will strengthen Atlas Copo’s offering and presence in the European market.
Based in Germany, Lewa has around 1200 employees and offers industry-specific high-quality pump solutions for a wide range of industries.
Geveke was founded in 1874 and is headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands and has approximately 173 employees.
