Atlas Copco is expanding its US footprint, having today (9th June) unveiled plans to acquire National Vacuum Equipment.
Headquartered in Michigan, Nation Vacuum Equipment is a manufacturer of industrial vacuum pumps and packages for mobile use on tanker trucks.
Geert Follens, Business Area President Vacuum Technique, said, “The acquisition will add to our vacuum solutions portfolio, allowing us to enter the currently untapped mobile vacuum market.”
Once acquired, National Vacuum will become part of the Industrial Vacuum Division, within the Vacuum Technique business area.
