Auguste Cryogenics SK s.r.o has become the exclusive European distributor of Taylor-Wharton’s liquid cylinders after the parties signed a long-term distribution agreement.
Under the new agreement, of which financial details were not disclosed, Auguste Cryogenics will exclusively distribute Taylor-Wharton’s extensive line of gas and liquid withdrawal cylinders throughout Europe, Russia and Israel.
Slovakia-based Auguste Cryogenics will utilise the German facility that it acquired last year as part of its takeover of Taylor-Wharton International’s European operations to maintain inventory, sales and deliveries of the cylinders.
