The American Welding Society (AWS) has revamped its website, www.aws.org, to enrich visitor experience by creating customization and delivering full content and functionality across all devices.
The new website has been designed to give visitors the ability to customize the website to fit their individual needs, whether they are a student looking to see where they can take welding classes, a seasoned professional looking for conferences and certifications to further advance their career, or a job seeker looking for new opportunities in the field.
With over 70,000 members worldwide and over 175,000 website visitors a month, the new AWS site strives to meet visitor’s needs with new home page, search, and top menu features, and a site designed for mobile applications
The newly unveiled website is the final phase of the organization’s rebranding strategy, aimed at focusing on the future of welding as a high-tech, highly-skilled industry. AWS previously revealed a more contemporary interpretation of the established AWS diamond logo in the 2nd quarter of 2014.
