The British Compressed Gases Association (BCGA) has strengthened its focus on alternative energy following the appointment of David Hurren, UK CEO at Air Liquide Biogas Solutions Europe, as its new President.
Taking over from Tim Hulbert, Managing Director of Busch, Hurren – the founding chair of the BCGA’s committee on Alternative Fuels – will serve a two-year term of office at the organisation.
The 24-year veteran of Air Liquide UK also launched and led the company’s UK biomethane activity, specialising in biomethane Gas to Grid projects.
