Bernard and Tregaskiss have recently earned their ISO 9001:2015 quality certification for the design, manufacture and service of their semi-automatic and robotic welding guns, components and related accessories.
The ISO 9001:2015 standards sets out the criteria for a company’s quality management system and using the standard helps ensure that an organisations customers receive consistent, high quality products and services. The standard is based on several quality management principles, including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach, risk assessment, and continual improvement.
