Blue Star Helium has discovered helium concentrations up to 3.14% in larger than expected gas columns in the Lyons formation at its exploration site located in Las Animas County, Colorado.
The helium exploration firm today (17th May) confirmed its findings as part of an update of the progress of its helium exploration activities that also highlighted flow rates that are consistent with data reported from the historic Model Dome field.
Further to this, Blue Star Helium has said it has appointed independent geological consultant Sproule to upgrade the Galactica/Pegasus resource estimates, with a declaration of at least contingent resources expected.
Already, a further 29 helium well for Galactica/Pegasus are in various stages of the permitting pipeline.
