BOC Edwards has received an order for a slurry blend and delivery system.
The order is from a DRAM manufacturer in Singapore for an iSIS 2000 system.
The iSIS was first launched in 1999 and since then BOC Edwards has delivered the system in various configurations to meet customers’ process requirements.
