Less than two years after taking on the role, BOC Kenya’s Managing Director has resigned.
In a statement released yesterday, BOC Gases announced a change to the Board of Directors of BOC Kenya Limited and revealed Millicent Onyonyl had resigned with effect from 30th April 2018.
“As a key member of the Board, Onyonyi helped to steer the company through challenging times and set it up on a path for future improved performance. Her breadth of experience, insights and leadership style will be missed by the Board and staff of BOC,” the statement continued.
It also said her replacement would be announced in “due course upon appointment by the Board of BOC.”
