Industrial gas corporation BOC has appointed 30-year industry veteran John Evans as its new Managing Director of BOC South Pacific.
The company says that Evans, who is currently the Vice-Chairman of the Gas Energy Association and Head of the BOC Regional Executive Board, has “a deep understanding” of the BOC business after leading its subsidiary Elgas – Australia’s largest liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) marketer and importer.
Under his new role, Evans (left) will tackle safety and customer experience, as well as push BOC’s diverse business across its key markets in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
