UK-based gas giant BOC has proved its dedication to the development and mentoring of its chemical engineers after winning the Bronze Corporate Partner Award from the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE).
The Linde plc-owned company was recognised for its graduate mentoring programme and school engagement scheme, the Secret World of Gases Experience.
A personal mentoring programme championed by BOC sees chemical engineering graduates who join the company receive a personal mentor through the four-year IChemE Accredited Company Training Scheme (ACTS).
