Oxygen therapy and on-site generation systems provider CAIRE Inc. has finalised the acquisition of MGC Diagnostics Holdings, Inc., a Minnesota-based non-invasive cardiorespiratory diagnostic systems manufacturer.
The purchase of MGC strengthens CAIRE’s position and focus on diagnostic technologies, with MGC’s brand of invasive cardiorespiratory diagnostic systems, accessories, and consumables for the detection, classification, and management of cardiorespiratory disease being added to the CAIRE portfolio.
Across its facilities in Belgium, Germany, France and Australia, MGC also offers pulmonary function testing systems, cardiopulmonary exercise systems, spirometers, flow sensors, gas analysers and associated consumables.
