Tonit Calaway has been elected to Air Products’ Board of Directors, effective 1st March (2022).
The industrial gas giant on Tuesday (22nd Feb) confirmed the news, stating that Calaway will serve on the Board’s Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee and its Management Development and Compensation Committee.
Bringing a wealth of knowledge to the role, Calaway also serves as Executive Vice-President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Secretary of Borg Warner, a sustainable mobility solutions provider.
