Carbon Clean has been recognised for its decarbonisation efforts, having been selected as a 2022 Bloomberg New Energy Finance (BNEF) Pioneer.
The UK-based firm today (14th April) confirmed that it was a winner in the ‘wildcard’ category, a category for companies addressing a global net zero challenge that lies outside the scope of the three categories chosen of a particular year.
This years’ chosen categories were providing round-the-clock zero-emissions power, scaling long-term carbon removal technologies, and decarbonising aviation.
Overall, the annual ceremony that highlights game-changing technologies or innovations that have the potential to accelerate global decarbonisation and halt climate change.
