Vancouver-based Carbon Engineering Ltd., a clean energy company, has been selected to compete in the Government of Canada’s The Sky’s the Limit Challenge.
The nationwide challenge is issued to Canadians to develop the cleanest, most affordable and sustainable aviation fuel. The winner is awarded $5m.
Carbon Engineering is one of four finalists chosen for the 18-month competition which provides up to $2m to four teams to produce an economical and environmentally friendly sustainable jet fuel.
