Spanish industrial gas corporation Carburos Metálicos has expanded its range of Freshline® products for food processing.
The latest addition to the range of metal carbide freezing tunnels is Freshline EF, which has been specially designed to offer a solution without complications for those processors that want to start up a new freezing line with yields up to 500kg/hour.
The Air Products subsidiary said the freezing tunnel requires a minimum initial investment, its installation and commissioning is carried out quickly, and can be customised according to the customer’s requirements, taking into account the different needs of the food processors. It is easy to operate thanks to its intuitive PLC control system and programmable recipes, the new EF freezing tunnel is also easy to maintain and clean, as well as offering excellent nitrogen (N2) efficiency.
