Airgas Inc., the US distributor of industrial, medical and speciality gases and related products, has announced a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per share.
The Airgas Board of Directors declared the dividend on 7th August, payable on 28th September 2007 to shareholders of record as of 14th September 2007.
The company has recently reported increased sales and profits for its first quarter ending 30th June 2007 and has raised its earnings guidance for fiscal 2008.
