Singapore-based City Gas is set to transform its piped gas business following a rebranding to City Energy, reflecting its focus on providing green energy solutions.
The move comes at a milestone for the company as it celebrates 160 years of service as the national piped town gas provider.
Starting out lighting the streets of Singapore in 1861, the company now supplies over 870,000 homes and business with piped gas and low carbon solutions.
These solutions include exploring the use of zero-carbon green hydrogen to fuel its net-zero 2050 ambitions.
