Cobham Mission Systems will supply the US Naval Air System Command (NAVAIR) with its GGU-12 oxygen concentrator and CRU-99 oxygen monitor as part of a new contract.
In a statement, the US-based company said the systems will equip the new production deliveries for the F/A-18 aircraft (pictured left).
Commenting on the contract, Jason Apelquist, Senior Vice-President of Business Development and Strategy at Cobham Mission Systems, said, “In support of the Navy, and as a provider dedicated to protecting the warfighter, Cobham appreciates this continued show of confidence in the performance of our oxygen life support equipment.”
