Cold Jet is to consolidate its two Cincinnati facilities into a new facility in Loveland by the end of August 2023 as part of a $4.9m investment.
The newly renovated facility – down the street at 6283 Tri-Ridge Boulevard, Loveland, OH 45140 – will house headquarters, manufacturing, and production all under one roof.
Michelle Simpson, Chief People’s Officer at Cold Jet, said its workforce has grown more than 30% in the last 10 years in the Greater Cincinnati area but it has now outgrown the space. She said it has a low attrition rate as the company culture empowers workers through an entrepreneurial environment.
She said the new facility will be functional, environmentally friendly and customer focused.
