Cold Jet is pleased to introduce two new nozzles to their current selection. These nozzles were developed to fragment 3 mm pellets as they exit the nozzle resembling shaved ice particles. This allows for a single-hose pellet blast system to produce similar results to that of a block shaver blast system.
The 413 nozzle is 13 inches (33 cm) long and boasts an impressive blast swath of 1.8 inches (4.6 cm). The recommended air flow and feed rate for the device is 100 SCFM (2.8 m³/min) at 80 psi (5.5 bar) making it suitable for many applications.
The second 224 DF nozzle is larger at 23 inches (58.4 cm) long and has an improved blast swath of 10.2 cm. For this model the recommended air flow and feed rate is 100 SCFM (2.8 m³/min) at 80 psi (5.5 bar).
