CONCOA introduced a new series of regulators and switchovers in June, designed to reduce gas consumption and boost performance in a wide variety of industries using reactive and corrosive gases.
Impregnated with proprietary SilcoNertÔ 1020 technology, a deposition process that eliminates absorption and catalytic conversion, the Series 420/430 regulators and Series 515 automatic switchovers reduce costs by improving cycle times and analytical results.
The Virginia Beach-based company explains that the new series is ideal for use with low-level reactive mixtures including hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan, nitric oxide, sulfur dioxide, and reduced sulfur.
Applications range from chromatography, beverage testing, natural gas and automotive emissions monitoring, environmental stack gas emission standards, and offshore platform systems, to refineries, petrochemical plants, and coal and gas power plants requiring rapid and accurate analysis of low-level sulfur and mercury.
