Cryogenic equipment manufacturer Cryofab has been nominated for New Jersey Family Business of the Year for 2015. The Rothman Institute recognized Cryofab’s multigenerational impact on the community, its perseverance, its commitment to family and to business success.
Three generations of the Grillo family have built Cryofab into a thriving manufacturer with more than 10 million dollars of annual revenue.
Community impact
Cryofab has had a multigenerational impact on the community as an employer and good corporate citizen. A local job creator, Cryofab employs over 60 people in its home town of Kenilworth. As long-time New Jersey business owners and residents, the Grillo family is aware of the impact manufacturing has on their environment, leading to improvements that focus on energy conservation and recycling waste materials.
