Cryogenmash has concluded a contract for the delivery of a new air separation plant to ZAO “Donetskstal” – Metallurgical Works in the Ukraine
The modern Air Separation Plant КдА-25/25 is designed for production of commercial-grade oxygen gas under pressure (800 tpd), pure nitrogen (700 tpd), as well as some portion of liquid products.
A specific feature of the plant is the production of product oxygen under a required pressure of 1.6 MPa directly from the cold box. The КдА-25/25 is developed based on the scheme of the air two pressures with product oxygen delivery under pressure using liquid cryogenic pumps.
Cryogenmash will design and manufacture the plant proper, as well as carry out the equipment mounting, supervision of erection, designer’s supervision of erection and testing, commissioning works and the Client’s attending personnel training. The plant start-up and putting into operation are expected in September, 2009.
