On 27 and 28 September 2006, Cryolor hosted an EIGA session to discuss international regulations.
Chief among the topics discussed were ADR (the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road) and TPED (Transportable Pressure Equipment Directive).
The session was attended by representatives from Linde, BOC, Air Products, Praxair, Air Liquide and Messer, and resulted in EIGA making recommendations to benefit the entire industrial gas industry.
The second day was devoted to a visit of Cryolor’s plant, where a record number of cryogenic trailers are currently being built. This gave the EIGA members an opportunity to see the regulations being put into practice.
