New Jersey-based Datacor has made its latest move to become a leader in business software for the industrial gas and welding supply industry, with the acquisition of Infonetics.
Formalising the transaction on Wednesday (21st July) the software company said the move will expand its offerings and is well aligned with its strategy to be a leader in the industrial gas and welding supply field.
The company, however, is no stranger to such market, having already established a strong presence in the market through its industry-specific ERP, CRM and container tracking software solutions with the purchase of TrackAbout in 2019.
Under the acquisition plans, David Frea, President of Infonetics, and his entire management team, will continue to manage the operation.
