DNV has joined the European Fund launched by Energy Impact Partners (EIP) designed to accelerate net zero projects.
EIP has €390m to deploy in European investments to accelerate the growth of innovative technologies which have the potential to drive the energy transition.
The European Fund, launched in September, is structured to enable EIP – whose total platform assets under management exceed $3bn, covering more than 80 operators – to partner with European entrepreneurs locally and support their growth with a combination of capital and commercial support through its coalition of industrial firms.
Lucy Craig, Director of Growth, Innovation and Digital, Energy Systems at DNV, said it marked an important strategic partnership for DNV alongside other organisations that are committed to accelerating the transition.
