Dynetek Industries Ltd, a leader in the design, manufacturing and marketing of proprietary fuel storage cylinders and systems for compressed natural gas and hydrogen, has announced changes to the Board of Directors including the appointment of Brad Turner.
Turner has over 20 years experience in management, director and senior executive positions and is presently the president, CEO and a director of Richards Oil and Gas Limited.
Dynetek, with bases in both Canada and Germany, has revealed the resignations of Larry Wright and William (Bill) Kovalchuk as directors, in further Board changes. Heinz Portmann, on behalf of the Dynetek Board of Directors, thanked Wright and Kovalchuk for their years of service and valuable contributions to the company’s success.
