E Instruments has launched a new AQ VOC which utilises a krypton photo ionisation detection (PID) sensor.
The handheld device has been designed with equipment compliance and safety in mind, features a large internal memory and is upgradeable to up to two more gas sensors.
The US-based company said the device can be used to check for compliant levels of off-gassing from pesticides for farms and greenhouses, wastewater purification and storage; testing VOC scrubber equipment; and identifying dangerous leaks and fugitive emissions for new building inspections and hazardous goods transportation.
