Easom Automation Systems, Inc., a Lincoln Electric company, has released its new H-Frame Weld Cell and Positioners, capable of integrating up to four Fanuc robots into the weld cell at once.
The new, floor-mounted H-Frame weld cell features two-piece modular construction and complete perimeter guarding, including safety light screens and solid panels. In addition, the final main axis sweep has wedge-lock positioning.
Ideal for use in a high-production capacity environment and high-precision applications, its robot mounting configuration features a small footprint, multiple tool change-out capability and a low-effort redeployment of multiple products.
