EVOL LNG is considering ethane, a hydrocarbon produced as part of the LNG production process, to be an attractive new business opportunity and worth investigating for usage in the refrigeration industry and for specialty gases.
EVOL LNG’s Business Manager Nick Rea said “Our high purity, cryogenic ethane has extremely low levels of moisture, sulfur and other contaminants making it ideal for the refrigeration industry and for specialty gases.”
EVOL LNG are currently the only Australian producer of cryogenic ethane for the refrigeration or specialty gases industries.
