FIBA consolidates Pennsylvania facilities

FIBA Mid Atlantic LLC announces the relocation of its high-pressure equipment requalification and assembly division from Allentown to East Greenville facility, Pennsylvania.

This consolidation of the FIBA’s high-pressure and cryogenic testing, maintenance and manufacturing facilities will enhance FIBA Mid Atlantic’s capacity to serve industrial and specialty gas suppliers in the region.

Christopher R. Adams, FIBA Technologies’ technical products specialist, said: “The move also permits us to take advantage of synergies that exist between the high-pressure and cryogenic repair businesses.”

The relocation has not got any other effects, for example on staffing. Mr Adams, continued: “The two facilities were close enough to each other that the key employees of the Allentown facility were transferred over to East Greenville.”
