The British ventilation expert, Flextraction has appointed a new Managing Director.
The continental supplier has selected Lee Darton to lead the team. Darton benefits from several years in the Fume and Dust Extraction equipment industry and has been a long term employee with Flextraction. Indeed, his career with the firm began 12 years ago when he joined as Sales Manager and most recently as General Manager.
Wally Gilder, Chairman of Flextraction commented on the appointment, “Lee has played a significant role in the development of this company and has created a fully focussed and committed sales and after sales team. Under his guidance we have seen our market share continue to increase and this appointment comes at a time when the Company is experiencing improved trading conditions and the introduction of a wider product portfolio. It is just reward for all his commitment and endeavours.”
The new Managing Director was equally enthusiastic about the role. Darton said, “Flextraction has a comprehensive range of dust and fume extraction products that cover a multitude of industries, which we continually strive to improve and develop. This marketing strategy has led to increased order books both from the UK and from new markets in Europe.”
