Praxair has been named one of the best US employers for women by Forbes.
The list was compiled based on the results of an independent survey of 40,000 people across the US, working at companies with at least 1,000 employees.
“We are honoured to be named by Forbes as one of the best employers for women in 2018,” said David Strauss, Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Praxair.
“Commitment to gender diversity is not an option, it is a necessity. This recognition demonstrates our dedication to creating a workplace that values diverse perspectives and believes that a variety of experiences result in a more productive work environment.”
