From the 1st October the Japan Industrial and Medical Gases Association (JIMGA) will formally be inaugurated and operational, after proposed amalgamation plans were officially approved recently.
The 5th Regular General Meeting of the Japan Medical Gas Non-Profit Association (JMGNPA) was held on 21st June and the integration with the Japan Industrial Gas Association (JIGA) was given the approval.
The formation of the JIMGA was formally approved and had been under consideration and promotion since last year. Following the amalgamation, JIGA will be dissolved at the end of September so that the JMGNPA can be the surviving organisation.
