Reflect Scientific Inc, an industry leader in the manufacture, supply and distribution of scientific equipment and related supplies, has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Cryometrix as completed the sale and shipment of another Ultra Low Temperature (ULT) freezing system to a West Coast Biopharmaceutical company.
Cryometric develops, manufactures and markets refrigeration and cryogenic preservation equipment and the ULT freezing system provides a reliable means for bulk cryogenic temperature controlled transportation of biopharmaceuticals and other products.
An ‘all in one’ cooling and cryogenic freezing system, the ULT model T-150 is the first liquid nitrogen-based, programmable cooling and cryogenic freezing system in a standard upright format which allows for exceptional reliability, precise thermal uniformity and no user or product exposure to liquid nitrogen.
Dr. Boyd Bowdish, director of Cryometrix, commented, “This is another shipment in the ongoing success of the model T-150 ULT freezer as a single unit, multi-technique system capable of short term storage, long term-low temperature permanent storage and large-capacity lyophillization. This particular delivery will enable our client to address several critical points in the cold chain management of their biopharmaceutical manufacturing and is expected to become the technology of choice as they expand their operations.”
