UK-based Gas Sensing Solutions has added several new language options to its website, increasing its useability for the Asian market.
The website, which underwent a redesign earlier this year, now features an option for users to view the website in Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
According to GSS, customers can now use these language options to view ‘key pages’ such as the product selection guide, individual product pages, technology, company, and contact information.
Reflecting its position as a global company, the new feature’s addition was explained by Julian Hayes, CEO, GSS, who said, “Over the last 18 months, we have improved our digital presence with a complete overhaul of the company website and adding a multilingual option provides a positive user experience for more of our customers, especially those in Asia with this upgrade.”
