GasLab launches sub-zero oxygen deficiency alarm

Gas sensing technologies and safety solutions company GasLab® has launched a brand-new RAD-0002-ZR Oxygen Deficiency Alarm to measure potentially dangerous oxygen levels in low temperature applications – a brand-new feature for the market.

Releasing its latest innovation on Tuesday (12th April), the Florida-based firm said the new device provides cryogenic facilities, laboratories, food packagers, and warehousing industries with low temperature freezers the ability to monitor potentially hazardous oxygen levels in conditions down to -50°C.

Being able to monitor in extremely low temperatures, however, is not the only new feature the RAD-0002-ZR Oxygen Deficiency Alarm brings to the market. The innovation’s zirconium oxide sensor ensures greater longevity under normal operating conditions extending the useful life of the device.
