Gasmet Technologies Oy, a gas monitoring equipment manufacturer from Finland, has announced its acquisition of UK-based Quantitech, Ltd.
Gasmet’s products are used across the globe in regulatory monitoring, process control and environmental and safety applications, with Quantitech having been its sales and service partner in the UK and Ireland since 1995.
Quantitech Ltd, established in 1983, provides advanced environmental and process monitoring instrumentation with expertise in emissions monitoring, combustion analysis, process gas analysis, leak detection and environmental analysis.
Although specific financial details were not disclosed, it is understood that Quantitech, now a 100% subsidiary of Gasmet, will remain at their location in Milton Keynes with operations continuing as usual.
