Grasys has supplied a mobile nitrogen station for Naryanmarneftegaz LLC, a joint venture of OJSC NK LUKOIL and ConocoPhillips in Russia, designed to support the oil treatment process in the Yuzhno-Khylchuyu CPF.
The mobile membrane nitrogen station is designed to produce 250 nm3 per hour of 98% nitrogen under 40 bar pressure, provided in the block-box package with overall dimensions of 12×2.5×2.5m. The control of the station was made for maximum simplicity and convenience, allowing equipment operation without the need for special training.
In the manufacture of the mobile nitrogen station, the most up-to-date technologies were used and complemented by the most reliable and high-quality equipment possible. The station combines a number of advantages such as reliability, easy maintenance and ease of operation, installed in a heated block-box which makes it suitable for operation in various climatic zones, including severe regions of Siberia and the Far North. Station operating temperature range between -50˚С and +50˚С.
