Grasys has supplied two large nitrogen plants with a combined capacity of more than 840 nm3/hr and nitrogen purity of 97%, to OJSC Lukoil.
The nitrogen plants will be used at the off-shore platform in the Korchaginskoe oil and gas field located in the Caspian North to ensure compliance with the production process requirements.
OJSC Lukoil is thought to have chosen Grasys as equipment supplier, ahead of a number of other gas separation equipment producers active in Russia.
The supplied nitrogen plants operate in a fully automated mode, with automatic maintenance and control of working parameters and no manned attendance required during operation. The plants’ technical characteristics were selected to best suit the flow process requirements of the customer.
