Grasys has supplied to LLC Gazprom dobycha Nadym, a subsidiary of OJSC Gazprom, a mobile nitrogen station designated for equipment purging and fires safety assurance at the compressor station Bovanenkovo.
The designed gas production rate at the Gazprom operated Bovanenkovskoye field is 115 billion cu. m per year and the projected gas production rate is expected to reach 140 billion cu. m per year. Gazprom intends to proceed with the development of the largest Bovanenkovskoye gas and condensate field in the third quarter of 2011.
This nitrogen station allows producing 120 nm³/hr of 95% gaseous nitrogen from atmospheric air. Nitrogen purity may easily be adjusted in the station operation process, thus maximizing its cost-efficiency.
The nitrogen station incorporates the most recent membrane air separation technology of the fifth generation, and due to the use of the advanced engineering developments combines compact dimensions, reliability, serviceability and ease of operation.
