Grasys has revealed that it has won the tender for a supply of nitrogen equipment to GK Turkmenneft, offering the best technical solution combined with a short delivery term.
Grasys is to provide a tropical climatic package of nitrogen equipment, designated for comfortable operation under temperatures of up to 50°С. The equipment will be fully automated, requiring no manned attendance during nitrogen plant and station operation.
The first site where the equipment is to be installed will be the Akpatlauk gas treatment plant, offshore the Caspian Sea.
Grasys equipment designed for inert environment generation and gaseous nitrogen production is used during hydrocarbons transportation, trans-shipment and storage as well as during pipelines testing and purging, process vessels cleaning from accumulated explosive gases and explosion and fire safety assurance by mines suspension.
