The Taylor-Wharton business unit of Harsco GasServ has recently published new price schedules for all cryogenic equipment product lines.
Price increases for standard bulk tanks with nine per cent nickel inner vessels will range from two to three per cent and surcharges for products manufactured with stainless steel material will increase based on the content of stainless steel. Product Lines with aluminium and carbon steel as primary materials will not be affected.
Scott W. Boyd, vice president of sales and marketing, commented: “Nickel and stainless materials have increased substantially since our previous price adjustment and these short-cycle increases from our suppliers make it necessary to adjust our price schedules accordingly.”
Price increases will take effect on 2 October 2006.
