Haun Welding Supply Inc., a US-based welding equipment merchant, has expanded its presence in the state of New York after acquiring two firms in the region.
The American corporation has purchased both Danes Welding Supplies and Johnson Welding Supply. Haun secured both firms in separate transactions of which financial details were not disclosed.
The two new additions both provide compressed and liquid gases, as well as various welding products and equipment, and will augment Haun’s presence in Western New York.
