Holston Gases is expanding its customer base, having completed the acquisition of Alpine Gas Company.
Based in Tennessee, Holston Gases distributes industrial, medical and propose gases, as well as welding, safety and industrial supplies across the US.
With the acquisition of Georgia-headquartered Alpine Gas Company, it is believed Holston Gases will gain 3,100 new customers.
As a result of the deal, gasworld understands Holston Gases will consolidate its operation into its withstanding facility in. Carrolton, Georgia.
