Holston Gases Inc. has completed the acquisition of fellow US-based business Welders Gases & Equipment, Inc, augmenting its position in the South East region of America.
It is understood that Holston Gases will continue to operate from two Tennessee Welders Supply & Equipment locations in Nashville and Gallatin. Financial details of the procurement were not disclosed.
Robert Anders, President of Holston Gases, enthused, “This is a perfect fit. The gas and supply products of Welders Supply & Equipment will compliment those of Holston Gases, allowing the customers to consolidate their purchasing with one vendor at competitive prices.”
