Honeywell has confirmed ambitions to both develop and launch new technologies and sustainability offerings with the appointment of Lucian Boldea.
Stepping into the role as President and CEO of Honeywell’s Performance Materials and Technologies segment, effective 3rd October, Boldea will help further enhance the US firm as it looks to better serve its customer base.
Joining Honeywell from Eastman Chemical, where he served as executive vice-president of additives and functional products and chemical intermediates, Boldea holds vast experience in the performance materials and technologies space and will help to grow the all-important segment of Honeywell.
Announcing the appointment on Wednesday (21st September), Honeywell said Boldea will succeed Vimal Kapur, who was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer of Honeywell in July (2022).
