Hummingbird Sensing Technology attends celebration at Buckingham Palace following Queen’s Award honour

After it was awarded with the prestigious Queen’s Award for Enterprise earlier this year, representatives from Hummingbird Sensing Technology attended the official reception and celebration held at Buckingham Palace yesterday.

Chuck Hurley, President of the Servomex Group and Martin Cox, Market Sector Manager at Hummingbird joined hundreds of other successful UK business at the event on 14th July, where HRH The Queen was present.

The UK-based company, which is a division of leading gas analysis company, Servomex, received the award to recognise its innovation in the design and manufacturing of its Paramagnetic oxygen (O2) sensors.

Continuous hard work has enabled us to be where we are today, through decades of research and design behind the Paramagnetic sensor

Hurley enthused, “As worldwide leaders in innovation for gas sensing technologies, we are incredibly proud of our Hummingbird sensor brand winning the innovation award.”
