Masdar in Abu Dhabi will play host to a significant conference event next year, as the World Future Energy Summit 2009 launches in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to highlight the options and implications of future energy solutions.
From 19th January 2009 to 21st January 2009, the conference will discuss and debate the issues of climate change and future energy policy.
Held at the state of the art Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), the most modern and flexible purpose-built exhibition and convention facility in the Middle East, the conference will discuss energy policy, investment and funding, green buildings, clean transport, solar and wind power.
Biofuels, ocean power, nuclear energy and carbon management, as well as the subject of fuel cells and the a possible hydrogen energy solution will all be topics for discussion at the event next year.
